잉글리쉬 퀘스트(English Quest, 이하 "앱")는 한국어를 사용하는 어린이를 위한 영어 단어 학습 게임입니다. 본 앱은 이용자의 개인정보를 일절 수집·저장·전송하지 않습니다. 회원가입이나 로그인이 없으며, 광고를 게재하지 않고, 제3자 추적 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.
2. 수집하는 개인정보
없습니다. 본 앱은 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치, 연락처, 사진, 기기 식별자(광고 ID 포함) 등 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
계정 없음: 별도 가입·로그인 없이 사용합니다.
앱 내 입력 정보: 학습용 별명 등 이용자가 입력한 정보는 오직 기기 내부에만 저장되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
학습 진행 데이터: 진도·점수 등은 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다. 이용자가 기기 백업(iCloud, Google 백업)을 켠 경우 이용자 본인의 클라우드 계정에 백업될 수 있으나, 이는 운영체제가 처리하며 개발자는 접근할 수 없습니다.
3. 네트워크 및 제3자
본 앱은 정상 사용을 위해 외부 서버와 통신하지 않습니다(오프라인 동작).
광고 없음, 인앱 구매 없음(단일 유료 구매).
분석·광고·소셜 로그인 등 개인정보를 수집하는 제3자 SDK를 포함하지 않습니다.
4. 아동의 개인정보 (COPPA 및 관련 법령)
본 앱은 만 4세 이상 어린이를 포함한 모든 연령이 사용할 수 있으며, 어린이를 주요 대상으로 합니다. 미국 「아동 온라인 개인정보 보호법(COPPA)」 및 대한민국 「개인정보 보호법」 등 아동 보호 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
만 13세 미만(및 각국 법령상 아동)으로부터 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
어린이 대상 행동 기반 맞춤형 광고를 게재하지 않습니다.
외부와 소통 가능한 채팅·메시지·사용자 생성 콘텐츠 기능이 없습니다.

5. 데이터의 제3자 제공·판매
수집하는 데이터가 없으므로 제3자에게 제공·판매·공유하는 데이터가 없습니다.
6. 데이터 보관·삭제
모든 학습 데이터는 기기 내부에만 존재합니다. 앱을 삭제하면 해당 데이터도 삭제됩니다(기기 백업본은 이용자가 본인 클라우드 설정에서 관리).
7. 방침 변경
변경 시 본 페이지에 갱신하며, 중요한 변경은 앱 업데이트 또는 본 페이지를 통해 고지합니다.
English Quest (the "App") is an English vocabulary learning game for Korean‑speaking children. The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There is no account or login, no advertising, and no third‑party tracking.

None. The App does not collect any personal information such as name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers (including advertising IDs).
No account: used without sign‑up or login.
In‑app input: anything the user enters (e.g., a learning nickname) is stored only on the device and never transmitted.
Learning progress: progress and scores are stored only on the device. If the user enabled device backup (iCloud / Google Backup), data may be backed up to the user's own cloud by the OS; the developer has no access.
3. Network & Third Parties
The App does not communicate with any external server for normal use (works offline).
No ads, no in‑app purchases (one‑time paid app).
The App contains no third‑party SDKs that collect personal data.
4. Children's Privacy (COPPA and related laws)
The App is designed for all ages including children 4 and up, and is directed to children. It complies with applicable children's privacy laws, including the U.S. COPPA and the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea.
It does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or as defined by applicable law).
It does not serve behavioral/targeted advertising to children.
It has no chat, messaging, or user‑generated content features.
